"You don't want to love--your eternal and abnormal craving is to be loved. You aren't positive, you're negative. You absorb, absorb, as if you must fill yourself up with love, because you've got a shortage somewhere."
-D. H. Lawrence
See! More of RotS. Here we have Ness making a get away from a one night stand. Why? We’ll find out later. And though I don’t plan on having the Cyclops Mistress come back later, I still think she could possibly make another cameo.
We also introduce some new gods. If you couldn’t tell who these to divines are, we have Athena and Artemis. They come in pretty handing for Ness later on, not to mention they’re pretty badass (I mean c’mon, war goddess and huntress would so be best friends).
Be sure to track “reaper of the south” for more page updates and character sketches.
so here we have the first two pages of my comic Reaper of the South. In 19th century Western America where the Greek Gods make their way into lonely people’s homes/beds. “Nes” Ross is one of those who are the products of the gods’ misadventures. As the son of Thantos, the god of death, he’s now cursed to be his father’s reaper of the damned and guilty. Nes struggles with his inner demons, his past, and the many woman that come into his world.
